Important Information
A few additional things to keep in mind about our refund policy:
Course materials downloaded during your enrollment period remain accessible for 30 days after a refund is processed, giving you time to transition.
Refunds are not available for courses where you've earned a certificate of completion, as this indicates you've successfully finished the program.
If you received course access through a third-party promotion or employer sponsorship, refund requests must be coordinated with that organization.
Live workshop sessions or one-on-one mentoring hours that you've attended cannot be refunded, though unused sessions may be eligible.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or violate our terms of service. Each case is reviewed individually.
